1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Dispatch: Customers can request order cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order or before the item has been shipped by contacting us via WhatsApp (+91 88397 46459) or email. In such cases, 100% of the paid amount will be refunded.
  • After Dispatch: Once an order is dispatched and handed over to our delivery partner, it cannot be canceled directly. You may choose to refuse delivery at your doorstep or initiate a return after receiving it (subject to return criteria).

2. Return & Replacement Policy

We accept returns or offer free replacements under the following conditions:

  • Eligible Return Window: You must report issues within 5 to 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Eligible Conditions:
    • Product arrived in a damaged condition.
    • Defective or non-functional electronic item out of the box.
    • Wrong item, wrong color, or missing items in the package.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Items returned without original packaging, brand box, price tags, or user manuals.
    • Products showing signs of physical misuse, liquid damage, or intentional tampering.
  • Verification Process: To initiate a replacement or return, customers must provide clear photographs or a short video showing the issue/defect along with the parcel label/invoice.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp at +91 88397 46459 or email with your Order ID and photo/video proof.
  2. Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a reverse pickup from your shipping address within 2–3 business days.
  3. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your pincode, you can self-ship the item via a standard courier service, and reasonable shipping costs will be reimbursed.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refund Eligibility: Once the returned item is received at our facility and passes basic quality checks, your refund will be initiated within 24 to 48 hours.
  • Prepaid Orders: The refund amount will be credited back to the original source account (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking) used during purchase. It usually reflects within 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, refunds will be processed via direct bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or UPI after obtaining verified account details from the customer.
